This summer there are some great opportunities to enjoy the perfect family day out at Beverley Racecourse. With five fun-filled race meetings planned, from a magical trip back into the past on Bygone Beverley Raceday to meeting Chase and Marshall at Paw Patrol Family Raceday, every one is different.
Under 18s go FREE with a paying adult and best of all, once you're inside ALL the attractions are FREE - how many other family days out can boast that!? To make things even better, adult tickets start from just £4 when you book in advance.

1. Bygone Beverley - Monday 7th May
A brand new theme day for 2018, bring the whole family to this lovely bank holiday meeting as we take you right back to 1960.There'll be exotic and outlandish animals to meet, a full-size carousel to ride, traditional side stalls from hoopla to a coconut shy, and a host of characters from the day to delight and surprise you.
Our staff are joining in the fun and donning their best bowlers & headscarves - join them and come dressed for the era! Everyone will be enthralled by this magical journey back into the golden years of racing. You can even catch the authentic Beverley Bar bus to the course!
2. Half Term Raceday with Hull FC - Wednesday 30th May
A real hit last year! It's the school holidays so why not join us for a fab day out. There'll be fun skills and drills training with the Hull FC outreach squad, as well as sumo-wrestling, opportunities to meet the players, swingboats, trampolines, face-painting and music.
Half-term entertainment taken care of and you can enjoy yourself watching the racing whilst the kids are having fun!
3. A Very British Raceday - Saturday 9th June
Guaranteed to have everyone crying with laughter, this lovely summer Saturday sees the running of the infamous Donkey Derby, a global phenomenon with over 3 million views online.
There's a full size Golden Gallopers Carousel, and if you aren't riding that all day, there's traditional British side stalls, from Hook-A-Duck to Punch & Judy, face painting, live music and donkey rides, as well as a super afternoon of top-notch racing. You can round it all off by a good old British singalong after racing! A real jewel in the crown of our fixtures.
4. Paw Patrol Raceday - Tuesday 31st July
A first for Beverley Racecourse, we welcome Chase and Marshall from the hugely popular Paw Patrol! They'll be telling stories and offering the opportunity for young fans cuddle up and get a picture. There's plenty else to do too - some of the UK's best giant inflatables to bounce on, face-painting and the hilarious Bark de Triomphe, a comedy race for jockeys' dogs!
5. Family Raceday ft Cheesefest - Sunday 26th August
This laid-back Sunday afternoon meeting is incredibly popular! Fun for kids includes face painting, bouncy castles, mini-fairground rides and side stalls from The Beverley Lions (there is a small charge for Lions' rides).
There'll be our first ever Cheesefest, featuring street food traders specialising in everything from raclette to mozzerella dipping sticks, and takeaway cheeses galore, and cracking live music from Mad Dog Jones and his band.
