The Julie Camacho-trained five-year-old became the first horse to navigate the circuit in under a minute when he scorched to glory in the valuable British Stallion Studs Weatherbys Hamilton EBF Conditions Stakes on June 20.
Judicial is unbeaten in three starts and also smashed the course record at Pontefract in April.
The Elite Racing-owned sprinter is now likely to follow in the hoofprints of his esteemed half-sister Marsha and head for the same Listed race at York that she won last July.
Steve Brown, Camacho's husband and assistant, said: "He's a lovely, progressive horse and we'll now think about stepping up in class with him.
"There's a Group Three at Sandown to think about, but the obvious race for him is the City Walls Stakes at York.
"His half-sister won it last year and you'd like to think that would be a really good race to have a look at.
"We were thrilled with him at Beverley. It was a great prize to win and it fitted perfectly into his programme.
"To break the course record is something we are all very proud of."
