A fantastic line up combining the perfect partnership of real ale, great live music and of course, thrilling racing, has been confirmed for this Sunday's race meeting, which kicks off with the first race at 2.20pm and the gates open at 11.30am.
Over 15 delicious and locally sourced cask ales will be lining up for selection down at the Minster Bar as the Wold Top Real Ale Festival takes place once more, incuding favourites such as Wold Top's Wold Gold, Moles Brewery's Mole Catcher, Black Country Ales' Pig on the Wall and Moorhouse Farm's locally made Cyder. You can see the full list of tasting notes here.
Outside on the Lavender Lawn, you can enjoy sets throughout the afternoon from the White Horse Ceidlidh Band, Nick Rooke and Vinnie Whitehead (pictured), all of which were hugely popular at this year's Beverley Folk Festival which took place in June at the Racecourse, and looks set to return next year.
To top it off, over in the centre of the course we have kids entertainment including funfair rides and games from Beverley Lions; it's the perfect day to bring friends and family, enjoy a thrilling afternoon of racing and spend a fabulous bank holiday Sunday.
