What’s on at Beverley Racecourse in June 2024

June is always a busy and exciting month at Beverley Racecourse. The racing season is well underway, with thousands of racegoers visiting the course to enjoy Beverley race fixtures in June.

 

While we can’t guarantee great weather, what we can guarantee is outstanding racing and hospitality at one of Yorkshire’s premier courses.

 

Whether you’re a seasoned racegoer, or visiting the races for the first time, there’s something for everyone at Beverley Racecourse this June.

 

Celebrate the Best of British

Our trio of June Beverley Race fixtures kicks off with the Bet 365 Very British Raceday on the 8th. This annual event is a firm favourite in the race calendar combining top-class racing with great entertainment.

 

As our first Saturday raceday of the season, it’s always a popular event. Featuring a 7 racecard, including two key trials for Royal Ascot, the Bet 365 Two-Year Old Trophy and the Hilary Needler Fillies Trophy, there’s bound to be plenty of excitement on the course.

 

Get here for 12.30 for the ‘Through the Card’ preview at the Parade Ring. Our presenter, Andrew Thornton, will run through all 7 races on the card, telling you what to look out for, and his top tips for the afternoon. You’ll want to take notes so don’t forget to bring your racecard and pen!

 

After all of the races have concluded you can grab a drink and enjoy some top quality Britpop inspired entertainment on the Premier Terrace. Top UK tribute bands, Pulp’D and Blur2 will perform classic Britpop hits including ‘Common People’, ‘Parklife’, and ‘Disco 2000’.

 

As ever, there is a range of admission prices, with concessions available in the G&P Enclosure. Under-18s are always free at Beverley Racecourse if accompanied by a paying adult.

 

An evening at the races

Those long summer evenings are perfect for racing so why not come along to our Evening Racing on Tuesday 18th? Featuring a 7 racecard, the gates open at 16.05, with the first race at 18.05, giving you plenty of time to enjoy some great food and drink before the action begins.

 

The final race is at 20.45, and we’ll also be showing some of the racing on Day One at Royal Ascot on the Big Screens across the CCTV network.

 

Up your betting game at our Afternoon Races

Our trio of June Beverley race fixtures concludes with Afternoon Racing on Tuesday 25th. As well as a 7 racecard, our presenter, Andrew Thornton, will be hosting a Betting Masterclass. Taking a look at each upcoming race individually, he’ll tell you what to look out for, and his best bets, and insights for the day’s racing. It’s a great opportunity to improve your betting game, so don’t forget your racecard.

 

Our gates open at 11.47, with the first race at 13.47, meaning you’ll have plenty of time to choose from our fantastic range of food and drink.
