With August just around the corner, get ready for a summer month filled with fun at Beverley Racecourse. From Family Fun Days to keep the children entertained throughout the school holidays to our glamorous Ladies Day, we have something for everyone this summer, here are the August 2023 fixtures at Beverley Racecourse.

Family Funday ft WESTWOOF (1st August 2023)

Looking for something to entertain the kids now that school is out? Our Family Fun Days at Beverley Racecourse are always a family favourite, but on the 1st August, we’ll be joined by the team at WESTWOOF to bring you an entertainment filled doggy festival that celebrates our beloved furry friends.

Throughout the afternoon, The Bridlington Flyball demonstration team will be located in the Course Enclosure, showcasing the incredible speed and agility of their remarkable dogs. Tom Longton will host an informative and amusing Sheepdog display involving sheep, geese, and mischievous ducks. To top it off, the Little Nippers Terrier Racing will offer a thrilling spectacle as terriers race over obstacles and chase an electric lure at full speed, accompanied by Phil’s humorous commentary.

Beverley Racecourse Ladies Day (16th August 2023)

Get ready for the highly anticipated Beverley Ladies Day, presented by Porsche Centre Hull, returning in 2023 and hailed as one of the country’s best events. Ladies, it’s time to showcase your impeccable style as Yorkshire’s elite gather on the Westwood.

Make sure you dress to impress and enter the Most Stylish Awards, where one lady and one man will be crowned 2023 winners. Amazing prizes on offer from partners Viking FM, Porsche, Berrys Jewellers. 

With entertainment from the Hummingbirds UK and the Yorkshire OOmpaah Band, this event promises a day filled with glamour, excitement, and enjoyment.

Afternoon Racing (17th August 2023) 

Join us for a memorable summer outing and indulge in a day filled with exhilarating races, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. Whether you’re a racing enthusiast or simply looking for a fun-filled gathering with friends and family, our afternoon racedays are the perfect choice.

Circus Family Funday (27th August 2023)

Visit the racecourse for a day of circus-themed fun and excitement at our 2023 Circus Family Funday – a fantastic experience for the whole family!

Enjoy a variety of thrilling circus acts, including acrobats, jugglers, and stilt walkers, who will dazzle and entertain you throughout the day. With live music, face painting, balloon modelling, and fairground rides, this event guarantees a day filled with laughter, fun, and unforgettable moments.
