Sky Bet Sunday Series

Beverley Racecourse is delighted to announce for the first time we are part of the 2023 Sky Bet Sunday Series. In it’s third year the £1.2 million series has been a great success and will feature across a weekend of ITV Racing coverage on the Westwood.

The Sky Bet Sunday Series – 11th June raceday will be the richest raceday at Beverley racecourse, with total prize money in excess of £200,000.

Last race: 18:45

For the first time we will be operating two enclosures – (Premier and Grandstand & Paddock) will become Access All Areas* – Tickets from £15 per person

Course Enclosure in the centre of the course will be open with car parking and the option to bring a picnic – Tickets from £7 per person

*Please note Access All Areas tickets are for admission areas only and not Owners & Trainers, Annual Badgeholders Bar and private hospitality.

Under 18s are free of charge if accompanied by a paying adult

 

Entertainment

We will have the Amazing Beverley Brass Band, our local and resident band will be entertaining guests across the afternoon

On the Terrace Stage we are delighted we will be welcoming the Yorkshire OOOOMPA Band who will entertaining guests outside the Terrace Bar throughout the afternoon

Over in the Centre of the course – Course Enclosure we will have selected rides and stalls for the little ones to enjoy, including trampolines and Swing boats.

Join us for the Very British Raceday. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy an afternoon of racing, food & drink and you never know you might find a winner of two!

BEATLEMANIA will be live after the last race for around 60-70 minutes

On the track the action is electric with two key Royal Ascot trials as the the feature races with the bet 365 Two-Year-Old Trophy and Hilary Needler Stakes. In 2022 it was Chateau and Star Of Lady M who landed the spoils.

Entertainment

We are delighted to announce BEATLEMANIA will be performing LIVE after racing. The ultimate Beatles concert experience!

BEATLEMANIA are firmly established as one of the worlds’ leading Beatles tribute acts with over twenty years experience and perform throughout the UK and internationally to thousands of people every year.

The famous Sheridan the Sheepdog will be roaming the racecourse, welcoming you to Very British raceday and helping you soak up the Very British atmosphere, just hope the rain stays away!

We are delighted to also welcome our very own Union Jack Stilt Walkers who will be greeting you as you arrive and entertaining throughout the afternoon

Bus Stop 70s Disco Night

DISCO 🪩

Groovy Baby. Get your flares and wigs on as the famous Humber 70s Bus Stop Night returns to Beverley Racecourse in 2023.

Enjoy an evening of competitive racing on the track and then in the evening lets turn the GROOVE up to full and party on down on the Westwood!

This all about the Humber famous 70s Bus Stop experience. Join us on the terrace after the last race for some 70s tunes, moves and vibes. Make sure you jump on the fun bus as DJ Tony Loveshaft and his retro pals as they take to the stage!

Evening Racing – Yorkshire Summer Festival

It’s the Sky Bet – Go Racing In Yorkshire Summer Festival as 8 of the 9 courses celebrate all things good about Yorkshire Racing.

Make sure you join us before racing for the famous Paddock & Chips competition for jockeys.

Football skills will be put to the test before racing starts, a penalty shoot-out style event for the jockeys, which takes place throughout the week and the jockey with the most points will win an overnight stay at Goldsborough Hall.
